Insurance documentation and claim support means we handle the photo evidence, moisture readings, and detailed reporting that insurance companies require to process a water damage claim – something that's easy to overlook in the middle of a stressful situation but matters a lot when it's time to get reimbursed.
We provide this for every Philadelphia, PA job that involves an insurance claim, which is most of them. Homeowners dealing with a flooded basement or burst pipe are rarely thinking about documentation in the moment – they're thinking about the water. That's exactly why we handle it as a standard part of the job rather than something you have to remember to ask for.
We photograph and video the damage before, during, and after our work, log moisture readings throughout the drying process to show the job was done to industry standard, and keep an itemized record of what was removed, treated, or replaced. If your adjuster needs specific documentation or has questions about the scope of work, we can provide detailed reports and are available to communicate directly with your insurance company if that helps move your claim along faster.
This service doesn't have a separate cost – it's included as part of the overall restoration job, since proper documentation protects both you and us in the claims process.
If you're filing a water damage claim in Philadelphia, PA, call (507) 853-2142 and we'll make sure the documentation is handled right from the start.
